Right now, NAVTEQ’s focus is on how to make their technology more pedestrian and community friendly. Our project has two main sections – 1. Target the majority of mobile device users, and give them an outlet to report any changes, mistakes or developments that have been overlooked by NAVTEQ. 2. Show moreDue to errors on construction sites it is not uncommon for underground utilities to be struck accidentally while digging. Aside from the obvious monetary damages a significant number of people have died as a result of these types of accidents. The purpose of this EnPRO is to aid workers when they are in danger of striking an underground utility by successfully developing a software product that displays subterranean utilities to the workers.
