Show moreInspired by a need for personal space in a fast paced, highly mobile world, the nomad project combines the mobility and strength of a pickup truck with the convenience of a small living space. By combining a work space, kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom, this project allows this compact space to allow for the comforts of a home to be available wherever a person can travel. This exploration of the duality of interior space experiments with the folding of program space from a collapsible set of planes to a space which can be used in daily life.

C-ward in one of the most prime real-estate location considering it right next to financial district , close to major train station and close to Shoreline. ROMF (Remaking of Mumbai Federation) has taken the initiative to develop the C-ward and the project site part of ROMF development area. City centers have always been source of density because of scarcity of land. The sensible and effective use of such land would be to build vertical (high-rise) and also to have the possibility of expansion for the future development. A mixed use high rise development diversifies the use of space within a single building structure. Combination of living, entertainment, shopping and lodging in single urban structure, helps to utilize the full potential of an urban site.

Retail shops, offices, a supermarket, plaza, and residences are combined in a courtyard building that takes advantage of mountain views to the east and south through gradually sloping forms. As an alternative to suburban homes, emphasis is placed on the generous private outdoor living area of each residence, as well as amenities like the roof, sun, and pool decks. e.N.U.P.H. preserves the Phoenician’s desire for individuality and private space with the liveliness of a public plaza in a sustainable, efficient, and medium-density desert typology.
