The building is located at 3241 South Wabash Avenue, and was designed by Mittelbusher & Tourtelot and constructed in 1959. McCormick Lounge serves as the entry point to the McCormick Student Village, which also includes the six residence halls that surround it. The 1992 renovation included work on the dining halls and common areas, as well as a new entrance. The dining hall portion of the building closed in 2003. Date of photograph is unknown.
