<dc:description>The IPRO 349-3.2 project has as the primary objective to map four processes following the ITIL standards. While this is being done, the team will develop a series of recommendations to Comarch on how to analyze a client’s processes and design a solution for that client that complies with the ITIL guidelines. The project’s secondary objective is to do a research and case study about how other IT companies offer OSS suites that comply with the ESB methods and ensure that their customers comply with the SOX regulations.</dc:description>
