  <dc:description>Much information available on the Web is in video format. The problem with this medium is users cannot comment on particular scenes within the videos and there is no method of searching for specific content within the videos. The team proposes to develop a system that will allow users to make fine-grained comments on scenes within the video and then to use these comments to aid in search within videos.</dc:description>
