  <dc:description>The purpose of IPRO 351 is to create a product that discourages minors driving under the influence of alcohol that will act as an unbiased mediator that takes the decision of driving drunk out of the driver‟s hands. Our goal is to determine the most efficient, cost effective means to achieve this and to obtain, through surveys and continued research, a possible market that would be interested in the design.</dc:description>
