This area is currently unused and the city has asked for ideas to use the area. The previous IPRO had designed an extended living facility to be placed in the area. This was a good start but there is an extensive amount of land that is still unused. The city wishes to utilize this land so that the maximum amount of tax revenue can be seen. This semester, the IPRO team took what was suggested last year and improved it by developing a hotel, residential, and retail area. The plan called for different phases in which each area was either developed or added to during each phase. Extensive research was done to calculate number of units and location of the units. In the future the IPRO should future its research in the cost aspect of the project.
