According to Clarence Clark- son, president of the combined mush cal clubs, this presentation is notable for the fact that ten per cent of the student body participated in it. The orchestra opened to a full house with the stirring overture “Light Cavalry” by Suppe. The re- mainder of the first half of the pro- gram consisted of six numbers by the glee club, another selection by the orchestra, a piano solo “The Minute Waltz” by Theodore Wall- schlaeger, and a tenor solo by Man shall Nystrom. Before the fifteen minute inter— mission, the Inter-Fraternity Sing, a yearly contest among the social fra- tcrnities, took place. The judges for Dean H. T. Heald, and Professor C. W. All of the fellows are burn— ing the midnight oil finishing up with reports, etc. The week was climaxed with a dance Saturday evening at which everyone enjoyed a good time. We know that some had an outstanding good time. The standing of the finals in the billiard tournament is one game apiece for Wittekindt and Bristol. The one winning three games will he the victor.
